1. Digital Products Only
The Crochet Garden sells digital crochet PDF patterns.
We do not ship physical products for these digital listings. No physical package, parcel, or printed pattern is sent to the customer.
Instead, purchased digital products are delivered electronically.
2. Instant Digital Delivery
After a successful purchase, your digital crochet PDF pattern is normally made available through our digital delivery system.
Depending on the product and delivery system, you may receive a download link by email or be directed to a download page after completing checkout.
Our delivery method is therefore digital and instant, rather than physical shipping.
3. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address entered during checkout.
Please check your inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, and other filtered folders if you do not immediately see the email.
4. Download Problems
If you have completed payment but cannot locate or access your digital product, please contact:
